Experiencie
Omar has been legal advisor to the Colombian Mercantile Exchange, Colombian Financial Superintendency and business leaders. He has also served as an advisor in investment processes in traditional markets, cryptocurrencies, venture capital and Startup Fintechs.
During his time at the Financial Superintendence, Omar led internal corporate investigations for companies and individuals. He has litigated commercial, civil, financial, and corporate cases.
